OOTD: Love Of Tartan
Tartan is a pattern that has become a lot more frequent in men’s clothing. I never used to be a fan of it. I used to stick to similar patterns of checkers and plaid but I have had an ever growing obsession of tartan over the past year or so. I will admit, it does not suit many people. It is a pattern that can be quite bold to the eye, however as most of you know from past outfit posts… I am not scared of wearing bold clothing and being different 😉
Paring a dark t-shirt with a lighter, brighter scarf is a great option for a dull winters day. It offers a bold look that is easy on the eye and will not have everyone turning their heads as you walk past them.

To compliment and continue the look, I opted for a darker bottom half. Black adds a sense of class and where the top half is quite a patterned and coloured, it allows the look to be finished off in a simple and sleek manner.

I especially picked these two tartan pieces for their colours. Not my usual blue, blacks and greys that seem to take over most of my wardrobe. However, I am a great believer in expressing my personality through my clothes, which makes this a perfect outfit for the bubbly, fun and adventurous side of me!
